Crystal is the owner of Salon One Eighty. With two decades of experience in beauty, she is a Master Stylist and Colorist. She specializes in blonding, lived-in color, special occasion hair, and hair extensions.

First time client? Here are things you need to know!

Avoid wearing big earrings, hoodies, turtlenecks, or bulky clothing.

We recommend wearing solid colors to your appointment as it will photograph better for our Instagram page.

  • Before you arrive, you receive a check-in text message.
  • Reply to this text only when you are outside and ready for your appointment. 
  • When your Stylist is ready, we will send you another text to come in!

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 30% fee of canceled service applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
  • "No shows" will result in a fee of 70% of services and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

RUNNING LATE POLICY

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to be late.
  • If you're running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled or services reduced to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest after you.
  • Past Appointment Cancellation fees of 70% will be applied for cancellations due to late arrival.
