Ashanty is a 21-year-old stylist who specializes in curly hair and braiding. She is passionate about educating her clients on caring for their curls, teaching them styling techniques, and creating definition through fresh curly cuts. Braiding is her true passion, and she is continually learning new styles to enhance her craft. Ashanty is also on an exciting journey to become an educator with @trybehaircare, working toward fulfilling her lifelong dream.

She earned her cosmetology license in March 2022 after beginning her career as an assistant at the age of 17. By June 2023, she officially stepped into her role as a stylist. Ashanty’s ultimate goal is to ensure that every client feels confident, empowered, and welcome in her chair.
